Project Managers lead projects, they work closely with the project team, provide guidance along the way and make sure that customers get the value of the implementation completed.

They build strong customer relationships, create robust project plans, and drive the engagement successfully towards completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan the customer project implementation from the initiation until closure
  • Engage and empower the project team and guide them along the way
  • Accurately schedule resources and forecast delivered revenue
  • Monitor and track action items through to closure and record all decisions, risks, or issues
  • Coordinate project resources driving performance and ensuring efficient resource onboarding and offboarding.
  • Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences.

Required Experience

  • Direct experience leading all phases of the customer implementation project lifecycle.
  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with crossteam dependencies.
  • Experience leading diverse project teams and project teams with 5 people or more.
  • International experience preferred.

Required Skills:


  • Passionate and excited about technology and delivering value to Customers.
  • Confident and clear presenter to Customer personnel.
  • Able to take a consultative approach and make sure scope and project boundaries are maintained.
  • Problem solver who seeks the best solutions for the Customer.
  • Understanding of different software deployment methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • Smartsheet, MS Project and Office apps
- advanced level skill.

  • Proficiency in English language.

Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent or relevant working experience
  • PMP certification or similar (preferred)
  • Scrum Master Certification (preferred)
  • Product Owner Certification (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
