Overview:


Monifai is looking for a Credit Formalizer with the experience needed to improve response times in the formalization of credits.

The role will operate within the Credit department under the Credit Manager and be based in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities:


  • Pick up original formalization documents at the Monifai offices, coordinate visit times with clients, visit clients to formalize credits, ensure the signature corresponds to the place of work or residence, and leave the coordinate pin in the place of signature in the system.
  • Verify the identity of the client by ensuring the signature matches identity documents, comparing photo ID, or through the biometric fingerprint reader.
  • Provide custody administration support by reviewing physical files, including physical garuantees in custody, issuing a monthly report of cancelled operations, excluding physical guarantees of cancelled operations, and sending cancelled files to Serviarchivos.
  • Ensure the proper management and care of the biometric fingerprint verification device.
  • Proactively communicate about highrisk areas and red zones.
  • Comply with the Policies and Procedures established by the company.
  • Participate in the activities and meetings required by the company and/or the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school secondary education.
  • One year of experience in a similar experience including knowledge of addresses in GAM and knowledge of credit and risk policy.
  • Should possess a motorcycle driving license.
  • Customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
