Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as Compliance queries and solutions, resolve data management cases, Contracts complex situations and nonstandard cases.
  • Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
  • Work with Partners located in AMS, provide guidance and great customer support for brand new accounts

Education & Experience Recommended**- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

  • Typically 46 years of experience in customer sucess, data management, team worker

Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required, Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
  • Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Project Management skills and customer relationship management
  • Power BI dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and tailor solutions to their unique requirements
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to address customer issues.
