- Recopila datos y realiza análisis estadísticos básicos para la caracterización de procesos, Cpk y objetivos de reducción de desechos.
- Coordina el desarrollo de procesos, incluida la adquisición de los componentes necesarios y garantiza que se siga la documentación adecuada.
- Apoya el desarrollo de equipos/accesorios, desde simples ayudas de producción hasta la automatización completa.
- Proporciona soporte de piso para nuevas construcciones de productos (por ejemplo, soluciona problemas de equipos y fabricación).
- Deberes adicionales:
- Ejecuta y documenta las calificaciones de los equipos (planos, construcciones e informes).
- Ayuda en la redacción de nuevos procesos detallados y en la implementación de cambios en la documentación existente.
- Realiza construcciones de caracterización de DOE/procesos en la línea piloto.
- Interactúa con otros departamentos para obtener/entregar materiales e información.
- Genera nuevas ideas para mejorar los procesos.
- Capacita a los instructores/operadores/técnicos de fabricación de producción en nuevos procesos.
- Genera solicitudes de cambio (CR)
- Bachillerato en Educación Media concluido (indispensable)
- Nivel técnico requerido: Electricidad, electrónica, electromecánica o 50% de alguna carrera universitaria afin.
- Nivel de inglés: 30% - 50%
- Contar con 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares
- Disponibilidad para laborar en TA
