As Director in PSG's Hardware Engineering group, you will be leading teams with highly skilled managers and engineers that work on next generation transceiver and HSSI subsystems.

We are looking for leaders who can lead a global team with focus on innovation, execution, and delivering on time with high quality.

As Director of IP Development, you will oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.

Determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.

8+ years of experience with stateoftheart SoC design implementation.
5+ years of management experience leading highly technical teams.
8+ years of system level experience in Ethernet or PCIe or CXL, configuration / test logic, timing closure, hardware bringup and debugging.
