Costa Rica as a

Digital Transformation and/or User Experience Expert for Financial Management (AF) and Human Resources (TH).

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the project with a deep transversal approach and in defense of the priority approach to the citizen, and at the same time of institutional change and/or improvement.
Advocate for the needs of end users (i.e. citizens, businesses, other public officials), and contribute to the project by acting as a persuasive advocate for those needs, providing this perspective to MH decision makers.
Mentor internal MH counterparts, so that service/product managers in the PA and HT area learn how to maintain the best quality standards in terms of user experience in digital services.
Participation in meetings established under the project governance model.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology management, innovation management, information science engineering, economics, industrial engineering.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Digital Transformation Expert.
Have participated in at least 3 public sector projects in one of the following areas: Design and Evaluation of Digital Services, Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment, or Organizational Change Management towards a digital culture.
