Overview


The D&S Finance Business Partner is predominately responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship for the Latin America & Caribbean Services and Data and Services organizations.

The Finance Business Partner is primarily responsible for acting as finance business partner to our Services D&S business.

The role will require the individual to deeply understand the business model and provide deep finance support directly to the business.


The Finance Business Partner role assumes responsibility for planning, operating performance, monthly close and management reporting for the business units.

The role also partners with the business for development of strategy and plays an integral role in execution as well as tracking of strategic plans/projects/product launches/pricing/etc.

Role Overview

Manages all aspects of D&S financial planning and forecasting from a product, business unit at the regional LAC level.


Manages aspects of month end financial close (revenue recognition) in partnership with the business, Global D&S team, Controllers and Global Business Shared Service teams.

Embodies the Leading Beyond Finance initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze performance and business opportunities.


Partners with the businesses in supporting strategic growth plans both near and long term, assisting with business case modelling and providing thought leadership.

Proactively drives and implements continuous process improvement activities and supports in maintaining a strong control environment.

All About You


A BS or BA with a major in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration (MBA Preferred) with previous finance experience.

Previous experience in FP&A is required.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) in data compilation, aggregation and modeling is required.


A team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries is required.
