REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years' experience.
• Bachelor's Degree: Electronical Engineering, System Engineering, Telematic Engineering, Electronical engineering, Computer engineering with emphasis in network and telematic systems.
• Advanced English (minimum B2+), both spoken and written. This will be evaluated during the process.
• Wireless Network Planning and Optimization
• DT Team Management and DT Optimization
• Wireless Network strategy& parameter Optimization
• Knowledge related to RF work
• Customer comprehension and communication skills
• Project Management and Communication Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Network Quality: NPO is the primary responsible party for network quality. It is essential to deeply understand the current state and changes in customer network performance, identify issues and risks in user network experience through insights, propose solutions, and drive and guide customers to continuously improve network quality, ultimately achieving the goal of leading in three aspects of network quality.
• Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for the satisfaction of network planning and optimization customers, effectively managing customer expectations, regularly reporting network quality-related matters to the customer's CTO level, formulating guiding strategies and organizing solutions based on customer demands, and ultimately achieving the goal of leading in customer satisfaction for network planning and optimization compared to competitors.
• Value Delivery: Responsible for the successful delivery of projects related to network performance and user experience. Through customer demand analysis, interpretation of key contract information, formulation of user experience project delivery plans, and efficient project management, successfully complete the enhancement of network quality and user experience in related projects, ensuring value delivery and presentation.
• Responsible for the planning and optimization of the LLA network, and accountable for customer satisfaction.
