Propósito general del cargo
Diseñar y proponer arquitecturas de seguridad para proteger los equipos, los dispositivos de red y los datos confidenciales de los clientes contra cualquier ataque, haciendo uso de los productos que comercializa la organización.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades
- Apoyar y acompañar a los Ejecutivos Comerciales en presentaciones de portafolio y perfil de la empresa, cuando le sea requerido
- Dar demostraciones de productos de ciberseguridad a los clientes
- Preparar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las pruebas de concepto
- Diseñar, arquitecturas de seguridad para los clientes asegurando la protección de los sistemas informáticos, las redes y la información
- Emitir respuesta técnica a los carteles a presentar
- Realizar aclaraciones o modificaciones técnicas a los procedimientos cuando sea necesario
- Identificar y definir los requisitos de seguridad, así como la lista de materiales más conocido como BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Preparar y documentar los RFI/RFP de los clientes para preparar los borradores de carteles y contestarlos técnicamente cuando ya están publicados
- Entender y levantar las necesidades técnicas para definir el producto con que se posicionarán para la oferta comercial

- Identificar las necesidades de su área, proponer alternativas y sugerir las mejores prácticas en su puesto de trabajo
- Realizar otras funciones en congruencia con el ámbito de su competencia que sean requeridas por la Jefatura Comercial.
- Capacitaciones al cliente interno acerca de las diferentes soluciones.
- Certificarse en las diferentes soluciones a posicionar.
- Ejecución de diferentes pruebas de seguridad para documentar una necesidad en el cliente final.
Requisitos del cargo
Formación Académica
- Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas o Telemática
- Incorporado al Colegio respectivo
- Certificaciones de seguridad afines con los productos y servicios de la compañía
Experiencia
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares y tres de experiencia en redes
Idioma
- Inglés nivel medio en lectura y escritura
Otros conocimientos
- Nivel alto en conocimiento y comprensión del lenguaje técnico de cada una de las soluciones del portafolio
- Nivel bajo en reglamento y leyes de contratación administrativa
- Nivel alto en Word, Excel, Power Point
- Deseable conocimiento en redes CCNA o similares
- Deseable conocimiento en Ciberseguridad o similar

Condiciones de trabajo
El sitio para desempeñar sus funciones es en la provincia de San José. Requerirá desplazarse ocasionalmente dentro del país cuando le sea requerido. Aplica la opción de teletrabajo cuando le es autorizado por la empresa.
