YOUR OPPORTUNITYReporting to the Project Accounting Supervisor, the PA Sr Analyst is responsible for performing tasks related to advertising & promotion month end close process, account reconciliations, WBS master data creation, among others.
The incumbent ensures that accounts are properly reconciled and that closing entries are correctly recorded and posted to ensure accurate and timely financial data submissions.

Responsibilities:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Perform transactional and analytical tasks related to the Advertising and Promotion team within the Bacardi Global Services Center.
- Participate in the execution of the following tasks:
- Coordination of internal SysAid request management.
- Advertising and Promotion Master data creation (WBS's) and maintenance.
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (BBSR) Reconcilier & Approver.
- Coordination of month end processes including checks and validations.
- Agencies and Joint Venture accounting for advertising/promotion expenses.
- Calculation, review and posting of accounting journal entries.
- Development and issuance of financial reports.
- Support audit requests and SOX controls related to the area.
- Communicate effectively with internal Bacardi clients as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered.
- Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements pertaining A&P accounting processes.
- Influence the markets to follow the correct procedures and policies.
- Identify and execute on potential process improvements ensuring A&P accounting procedures conform to GAAP andBacardi financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in the most demanding projects/activities of the team, such as BBSR reconciliations, projects, and initiatives, including fiscal year end coordination.
- Continuously identify, propose, and execute process improvements and transmit it to others

- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently.
- Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences.
- Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Works well in a team environment and is a selfstarter that continuously is thinking on how things can be done better requiring mínimal direction and support.
- Ability to create capability and technical mastery in other members of the team, in a way that his/her technical mastery can be transmitted to them.
- Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindsets.
- Ability to communicate in English: 85% or higher written/oral skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (outlook/ excel I word/ PowerPoint / Teams).
- Advanced communication skills: positive experiences communicating with other members of the organization at different levels.
- Open to receive and provide timely feedback.
The following experiences are preferred:
- University degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.
- Experience in SAP environment.
