Reporting to the Procurement lead you shall use the skills and experiences that you have collected so far in your professional journey so as to contribute to a team that continually seeks to be better.


As a key contributor to the team your:

Role:


You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across the entire Sourcing & Procurement in supporting our business partners in various functions on purchasing goods and services from predefined suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  • Treat Purchase Requisition accordingly to establish Sourcing method
  • Review requestor Purchase Requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor risk profiles of business critical suppliers.
  • Review requirements against contractual documentation and noncontractual documents
  • Support Splunk's processes and policies.
  • Build relationships with the Category Managers
  • Learn to work crossfunctionally on sourcing related initiatives.
  • Serve our business partners to do their best work in a timely manner whilst protecting Splunk's customers, reputation, operations, legal and financial risk

Requirements:


  • Ariba
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Preferred minimum 2 years work experience and/or:
  • 4 Year Degree in Supply Chain Management (or directly related)
  • Excel or Google Sheets
