Your Role

  • As a Gensler HR Operations Specialist, you will support the entire employee lifecycle by handling onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations processes. You will achieve this by providing a sustainable HR Operations framework to strengthen with the best HR industry practices.
  • This is an opportunity to be part of building a strategic HR service model in a creative and cuttingedge environment. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support diverse workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations.
What You Will Do- Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as data base reporting, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details. Support full life cycle of the employee from on-boarding, leave, exit, and offboarding. Inform employees about benefit programs and liaise with firm wide benefit team. Facilitate global mobility of employees with transfer, relocation, and visa processing. Partner with the HRBP in administrative and budgetary items and initiatives that require collaboration with the finance team. Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees. Support HR leadership on update and creation of new policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Prepare monthly reports of statistics, compensation and KPIs.
Manages the relationship and acts as the main point of contact with the facilities team on day-to-day office items and events. Work directly with lawyers on gathering advice and best practices to help the local HR team navigate legal requirements. Support the Borderless Team on HR related matters, inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and professional responses.
Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business or related area required. 5+ years of Human Resources related experience. Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations. Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail. Experience working with data reporting tools and presenting results. Experience with HRIS tools, Workday preferred. Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required. Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters. Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships.- Life at Gensler
