Your Role :Specialist works providing operational support along with clerical tasks that aid the business operations.

Your Responsibilities:

- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

  • Attend to training.
  • Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
  • Achieve productivity and quality.

Your Skills and Experiences:

- + High school diploma.

  • Intermediate English level - written and oral.
  • Intermediate Excel level.
  • Typing skills (21wpm).
  • Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
  • Team Player.
