This role is responsible for spearheading the enhancement and maintenance of business systems and processes, leveraging industry-specific expertise and advanced methodologies.

The role guides innovative solutions and influences client strategies with a strong grasp of information technology. The role leads the creation of solution designs, fosters relationships for scope management, and presents findings to senior management.


Responsibilities

  • Proposes and facilitates the advancement, improvement, and upkeep of a client's business systems, processes, and products using industryspecific expertise, advanced methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Be able to manage data bases in different environments (systems) to manipulate data.
  • Extract information from different Data bases to analyze extracted information and be able to share findings in a simple and clear manner.
  • Leads business studies, presenting their results to the senior management.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Coordinates and participates in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.
  • Promotes process improvement activities as well as training of peers and clients.
  • Leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 710 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.

Tools

  • SQL (must)
  • SharePoint environment knowledge
  • Excel (Ex. Macros creation)
  • DAX formulas
  • PBI (must)
  • Power Apps, (Ex: Power Automated) (must preferred)

Preferred Certifications

  • Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related.
  • Business Intelligence, CRM knowledge
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (desirable)
  • SQL Certification or related (desirable)
  • PBI Certified (desirable)
