In this position, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for the preparation of reports for employee's compensation and benefits related items and statutory reports for example: Social Security, Income Tax, employee withholding, etc.
Performs Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, investigation and cleanup of reconciliation items in close partnership with Finance department and Payroll Operations.
Team up with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues.
Participates in process improvement projects.
Partnering: Builds professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
Financial and

Accounting Analysis:
Ease to troubleshoot data accuracy, understands and utilizes materiality; can shape the data.

Communication: Develops and delivers information clearly and concisely, in a wellorganized manner with expertise.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be an active student of Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Intermediate English level.
Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, V-Lookup)
Must be willing to work at least 36 hours per week.
Must have permanentunrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Working Model:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
