    We are seeking an IT Business System Architect to support the Enterprise PPM Technology, Planview Adaptivework, by owning administration and configuration of the tool and related integrations.

    This role will involve implementing and optimizing solutions that improve business process efficiencies and effectiveness.

    You will also support business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

    This position will report into the IT Solutions Delivery team and may serve as a mentor to junior employees.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring proper test strategies are in place and executed
    • Configuring test systems
    • Providing comprehensive training, documentation, and support to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
    • Enabling super-users to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization through training and knowledge transfer
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Global IT and within the Enterprise Project Management Offices
    • Developing standard enterprise-level PPM reports and dashboards for the organization using native reports or leveraging BI tools like Tableau and Power BI

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Previous experience working with Adaptivework (Clarizen)
    • At least 8 years of work experience as a business systems analyst or related IT experience (6 years required with a Master's degree)
    • Strong English skills
    • Experience managing enterprise SaaS solutions and external vendors

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
    • Demonstrated creativity to develop and implement innovative, thought-provoking solutions
    • Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and direction
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
    • Competence in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and performing duties with minimal supervision
    • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments
    • Experience working as an admin, developer, or analyst on Adaptivework PPM software
    • Experience working in a project-based organization
    • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Critical Chain methodologies and Software Development Lifecycles
    • Experience supporting platform integrations such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Jira, and Data Warehouses

    The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
