    The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups Citi.

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve employee concerns in a timely and positive manner as well as provide managers feedback, advice, coaching and real-time counsel in addressing employee and organizational issues and to enhance managerial/leadership effectiveness
    • Assist directors/managers in defining and following through with actions to support performance management and development for employees as well as create and maintain productive work environments
    • Partner with directors/managers to identify, assess, validate, and facilitate development opportunities for high potential talent
    • Identify and help close capability gaps, facilitate organizational change, and drive succession planning with the director/manager
    • Partner with staffing regarding recruiting, assessment, and selection of talent ensuring hiring goals and requirements are being met in a timely manner and ensure compensation programs and actions support the needs of the business
    • Facilitate organizational change as required by the business and partner with the site leadership team to develop and present quarterly business updates
    • Assist with the management of the year-end process to ensure consistency with the compensation philosophy and business imperatives are appropriately addressed
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous relevant experience preferred
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

    HR Connect NAM Inquiry Management Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services , including but not limited to; customer support to employees and managers on HR related topics: total rewards, compensation, benefits, learning, HR systems direct access, etc. Additionally, the HR Connect NAM Inquiry Management Specialist processes inquiries employees and managers might have, which can be addressed through cases, live agent or phone calls. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support case inquiry management team with case, live agent support and phone .
    • Serves as the instructor to our customer on the systems and self service options available for employees and managers.
    • Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Proven organization and time management skills
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Intermediate / High English level (writing and spoken)
