Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
23 years Advanced customer service experience
Excellent English written and oral communications skills
Automation processes experience
Web experience
Strong problemsolving skills
Advanced organizational skills
Strong PC/internet skills
Mainframe or Access experience a plus
Excel Intermediate (required)
Query experience
Technical Experience preferred
Salesforce/mainframe Knowledge is a plus
