Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 23 years Advanced customer service experience
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills
  • Automation processes experience
  • Web experience
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Strong PC/internet skills
  • Mainframe or Access experience a plus
  • Excel Intermediate (required)
  • Query experience
  • Technical Experience preferred
  • Salesforce/mainframe Knowledge is a plus
