    We are looking for A Fresher purchasing professional who can quickly and accurate process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

    What you will do

    The Contract Analyst provides expertise in the procurement function, the role involves managing data and mitigating the risks inherent to the contracts. This position will work collaboratively with Procurement and Contracting staff, internal departments and external procurement stakeholders in all matters relating to data management, data abstraction and data maintenance.

    The Contract Specialist:

  • Maintains and enhance existing process to support the continued business, ensuring that both system and process remain fit for purpose within a changing external and internal environment.
  • Provides a service that is high priority in ensuring that business continues to comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Supports existing engagement plans and delivers operational support services.
  • Maintains contract information in the systems, tools and resources to enable effective, consistent and compliant information.
  • Maintains documentation compliance and retention based on required standards.
  • Assists in the delivery of management monitoring framework (checklists) in accordance with required standards.
  • Collates and monitor performance metrics/KPIs to assess deliverables, timelines, quality and cost.
  • Supports a culture of continuous process improvements through regular end to end process reviews.
  • Ensures delivery of services according to agreed standards.
  • What you should bring

  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, Legal, similar stream or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 year of business/compliance/quality and/or contracts support experience
  • Languages: Required to be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn software solutions and contract management tools
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and with a remote team
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face the client, suppliers, internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Time-management skills and structured approach to organizing work
  • Knowledge of procurement/ contract management tools is a PLUS
