Position Summary


This is a mid-level technical support position, be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of DTP designer team and supporting team training programs/tools that effectively support the development needs of Clear Correct DPS team.

This position bases in Lahore DPS office, reports directly to DPS Operations Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, development, implementation, and maintenance a state of the art, agile training curriculum for DPS team, based on growth journeys for all levels.
  • Make sure designers with different background and experience can build up sufficient capability with certain training curriculum within defined training period.
  • Manage the implementation, delivery, and consistency of execution for training programs. Continuing improve training efficiency and quality.
  • Continuously analyse DPS designer team performance to evaluate effectiveness of training and design followup training or programs as needed.
  • Work with DTP designer supervisor, ortho consultant and quality team to measure skills/competences and knowledges training gaps, establish and implement a working standard process and instruction that provides a foundation for coaching and development.
  • Directs ongoing designer training requirements and objectives for DPS teams. Work closely with Ortho Consultant and Quality team to ensures timely updates to course curricula to reflect changes in software/system/protocol/workflow and customer demands.
  • Facilitate and execute supporting team foundation training and ongoing other trainings based on the required proficiency for their role.
  • Influence and partner with designer supervisor in the relevance and importance of trainings to be delivered, optimizing the time spent on training versus the value add to the DPS productivity and quality.
  • Solve complex professional problems independently and timely.
  • When encountering important technical decisions or key disagreements, can clearly express carefully considered opinions. Should supplement data and research results to obtain everyone's approval when necessary
  • Be part of the effective fulfillment of objectives, KPIs and deadlines assigned to CC DPS. Actively pay attention to the completion of daily workload and actively help the team to complete tasks.
  • Identify certain trends in customer comments or complaints on priority basis for corrective action or training recommendations.
  • Responsible to create documentation/presentation weekly based on team performance or training result. Conduct regular team performance review/training update meetings.
  • Able to propose improvement plans to help improve the service level of the team.
  • Structures and manages the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant Field
  • 2 yrs. experience in Digital Orthodontic treatment planning.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Strong presentation/analytical skills. Comprehension of performance reports, documents, and statements
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, conflicting projects
  • Demonstrated leadership, ability to motivate others and influence without authority
  • Creative, selfmotivated, team player, customer focused
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Working with mínimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fastpaced environment.
  • Must be able to multitask and able to handle stressful situations while giving high quality service.
  • Being a selflearner, have a professional outgoing personality, positivity, and patience.
  • Requires the ability for effectively communicate in both oral and written form with all levels of the organization. Advanced presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
