    You will make an impact by:


    • Provide strategic guidance, manage and oversee the work of assigned IT GSD operational team. Supervise employees and IT activities including assessing daily process of assigned area.


    • Develop routine resolutions as needed to improve metrics achievement while optimizing Customer Service efforts; assure documentation content is valid.
    •Oversee the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics.
    •Participate in improvement projects.

    • Incidental duties as assigned

    What you'll need (Required):

    • Bachelor's Degree (University) with internship or substantial technical knowledge


    • Sufficient experience related to IT Required


    • Good English level

    What else we look for (Preferred):


    • Experience with a ticketing system (example: ServiceNow)


    • Experience working in a medical device industry Preferred

    • Experience working in multi-cultural teams with cultural sensitivity

    • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of related systems

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; possessing strong collaboration skills in partnering with cross functional stakeholders in order to achieve objectives

    • Good knowledge of processes and procedures related to assigned phase within assigned area of responsibility

    • Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work

    • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

    • Ability to lead teams, provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations

    • Strict attention to details

    • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

    • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

    • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
