Job Opportunity:
Health Tech Agent (French & English)

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system, following established process flows and work instructions.
  • Act as an internal representative, advocating for customer needs and ensuring their voice is heard within the organization.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in both French and English (B2 level or higher), as you will be serving bilingual customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, enabling you to provide comprehensive technical assistance.
  • Good typing speed to ensure efficient and effective support to our customers.
  • Availability to work onsite, ensuring seamless collaboration with our dedicated team.

Salary:
₡700, ₡738,000.00 per month
