The Business Management Group within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group is charged with running and growing the business for Intel and its customers through meaningful data analysis and market insights.

The Design Win and Enablement Team (DWET) analyst's principal responsibility is ownership of demand and supply for pre-production samples to enable Intel designs-wins.

Business Process Customer Business Analyst (CBA) is responsible for tactical execution of specific order management activities and adhoc approvals, representing the customer's requirements to the divisions.


Customer Business Analysts (CBA) work directly with customers, field sales, Geo Coordinators, and multiple divisional partners to ensure both Intel and our customer's ramp successfully.


  • Ensuring Business Process execution is timely and efficient
  • Drives tools/business process improvement from user and customer perspective
  • Collaboration across the regions
  • Driving efficiency efforts and automation implementations
  • Team collaboration on DWET improvements
  • Delivering World class customer engagement and orientation

Critical Skills Needed:


  • Customer Orientation: Understanding and driving for our customers' needs with key stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Work well and collaborates with others to achieve quality results. Role requires strong partnership with fellow account CBA/Field
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring our customer has supply properly loaded to ship in a timely manner. Ensure seamless communication with customer and stakeholders.


To deliver on our mission, we are looking for employees with the experience and a variety of skill sets to help drive the business across multiple roles within the organization.


Qualifications:

You must possess the below
minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science or related.
  • 1+ years of experience with Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas
  • Languages: Spanish / English (advanced)

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
