- Raw Material and Packaging Supply: Establish a collaborative structure with sending sites to create effective communication and supply processes. Drive regular meetings to review progress and assess risks. Ensure timely provision of data for purchasing new items and issue orders for direct supply from vendors.
- Supplier Handling: Establish contact with suppliers and develop communication methods. Collect and update relevant purchasing data, including MOQ and lead time. Provide suggestions for VMI/OP handling.
- Base Data Creation: Coordinate the creation of bill of materials, routings, and other related information to model raw material requirements through our ERP system. Collaborate with Global Transfer Supply Chain specialists to ensure accuracy of BOMs created.
- Global Transfer Project Tracks: Participate in and take actions on transfer-related projects.
- CR Follow-up: Acceptance of Change Requests related to item/machine transfers. Check CRs for relevant materials and follow up with Corp. Proc. regarding necessary set-ups.
- University Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Proficient English level, minimum B2
- More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning related roles
- Manufacturing environment-related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
