We are looking for a dynamic and people oriented HR Administrator to join our HR AMER team.

This position is an opportunity to enhance your career and gain a solid foundation in regional and global HR practices.


Daily Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for administrative processes at each stage of the employment lifecycle.
  • Manages preboarding, onboarding and new hire activities, and ensures completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Supports companywide events and engagement activities that will promote healthy culture and high performance.
  • Participates and supports adhoc projects and global initiatives as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Attributes and Experience Required:


  • Degree in Human Resources or related career.
  • Advanced verbal/written communication skills in Spanish/English.
  • With 23 years of experience providing HR administrative support.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important activities and complete own workload.
  • Strong customer serviceoriented attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Must enjoy being part of a Hybrid work team and be a strong team player.
