    La descripción de este puesto es para un profesional en ventas y marketing que se encargue de la gestión administrativa de una sucursal. El objetivo principal es proporcionar un ambiente de trabajo productivo y ágil, con un excelente servicio al cliente.

    Responsabilidades Principales

    • Gestión del servicio al cliente, incluyendo atención telefónica y recepción de visitas.
    • Coordinación de mensajería interna y externa.
    • Participación en campañas preventivas y de comunicación.
    • Recepción y gestión de facturas electrónicas.
    • Control de suministros de limpieza, papelería y cafetería.
    • Ayuda a los diferentes departamentos en funciones específicas.
    • Vela por el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de los espacios y equipos de la Sucursal.
    • Ayuda en el envío del Forecast de banano y piña.
    • Procesa información y datos estadísticos del Proyecto TRUST+.
    • Encargada de la tramitología de las facturas de clientes del Proyectos TRUST+
