Responsibilities:


  • Call assigned leads within the allotted time and cadence
  • Quickly build rapport with merchant
  • Prequalify merchants and collect submissions
  • Accurately disposition leads and have complete notes with required information for the Funding Advisors reference in the CRM
  • Consistent
ly achieve sales targets/KPIs and outcomes Coordinate sales effort with Funding Advisors, ensuring a smooth handoff

  • Complete assigned projects with the team to help grow the department
  • Attentiveness to customer needs and proactively addressing inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • 2 years' experience in Consumer Sales
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

Preferred:


  • Proven work experience in B2B Sales, Telesales, or Lending Industry
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish OR English and French-Canadian)
  • Familiarity with CRM practices (HubSpot/Salesforce is a plus)
This is a fully remote, work from home opportunity. As such, stable and reliable internet is required for work.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST.
