experience and Qualifications
- _Bachelor's degree as a minimum_
- _ Experience in the area of Accounting & Tax, HRP or GEM (depending on service line allocation)_
- _ Fluent in English, clear and concise written and oral communication._
- _ At least five years' experience working in a client-facing environment, with a good track record of delivering services_
- _ Experience in basic Project Management principles; able to identify key deliverables/structure key activities into work assignments; plan timing and work, monitor progress; set priority /adjust appropriately to changing demands._
- _ At least five years' experience of managing against a commercial contract - understands the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and definitions of scope as applied to pricing._
- _ Extensive experience managing complex BPO/Professional Services delivery on a regional or global basis_
- _ Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships_
- _ Demonstrable experience in an outsourcing, multi-shored environment._
- _ Experience of working in a global matrix environment, with geographically dispersed resources._
- _ Demonstrated results in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) metrics and measures_

  • Able to travel internationally when required meeting clients / team face to face._
