    Descripción del empleo

    El Planner Buyer es responsable de planificar estratégicamente y ejecutar campañas publicitarias "Above The Line" (por encima de la línea), que incluyen medios como televisión, radio, prensa y vallas publicitarias. El objetivo principal es garantizar que las campañas ATL alcancen de manera efectiva al público objetivo, generen impacto y contribuyan al logro de los objetivos de marketing y ventas de la empresa.

    Requisitos

  • Desarrollar estrategias publicitarias ATL basadas en el conocimiento del mercado, la audiencia objetivo y los objetivos de la marca.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo creativo para desarrollar conceptos publicitarios que resuenen con el público objetivo.
  • Investigar y seleccionar medios ATL adecuados para cada campaña, teniendo en cuenta factores como el alcance, la frecuencia, el costo y la afinidad con la audiencia.
  • Negociar tarifas publicitarias con proveedores de medios para obtener el mejor valor por el presupuesto asignado.
  • Coordinar la planificación y la compra de espacios publicitarios, asegurando una distribución eficiente y efectiva de la inversión publicitaria.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas ATL, analizando métricas clave como la cobertura, la frecuencia y el impacto en la marca.
  • Realizar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de las campañas, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades para optimizar la inversión publicitaria.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y desarrollos en el campo de la publicidad ATL, y proponer nuevas ideas y enfoques innovadores.
  • Competencias:
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos de investigación de mercado y métricas de campaña.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de presentar ideas de manera clara y persuasiva.
  • Creatividad para desarrollar estrategias y conceptos publicitarios originales y efectivos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo con plazos ajustados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores de medios y otros socios externos.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para medir el impacto y el retorno de la inversión de las campañas publicitarias.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los principios y prácticas de publicidad ATL, así como de las herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas.

    • Requerimientos.

  • Experiencia previa en roles de planificación publicitaria ATL, preferiblemente en agencias de publicidad o departamentos de marketing de empresas.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los diferentes medios ATL y su funcionamiento.
  • Dominio de herramientas de investigación de mercado y software de planificación publicitaria.
