    La empresa Camposanto La Piedad Heredia busca a un profesional capacitado para desempeñar el rol de Administrativo de Servicio al Cliente. El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a tendrá la responsabilidad de brindar asistencia y resolver inquietudes de los clientes, garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional.

    Responsabilidades del Puesto:

      ">
    • Atender llamadas telefónicas e interacciones personales con clientes internos y externos.
      • ">
    • Solucionar quejas y dar seguimiento a casos pendientes.
      • ">
    • Coordinar trámites internos con otros departamentos.
      • ">
    • Crear registros de nuevos clientes en el sistema.
      • ">
    • Elaborar contratos y facturas para servicios ofrecidos por la empresa.
      • ">
    • Realizar gestiones administrativas, como manejo de efectivo y cierre de caja diaria.
      • ">
    • Procesar emergencias, sepelios y velas coordinando con otros departamentos.
      • ">
    • Ingresar datos diarios en el sistema y realizar procesos digitales de exhumaciones, traslados y cremación de restos.
      • ">
    • Vender productos y servicios a clientes, como lápidas y floreros.
      • ">
    • Gestionar inventarios y realizar conteos de lotes de camposanto.
      • ">

    • Manejo eficiente de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel).
      • ">
    • Rapidez en la digitación.

    • Resolución de conflictos y excelente atención al cliente.

    • Conocimientos básicos en EXACTUS (no es indispensable).

    • Experiencia previa en manejo de clientes difíciles.
      • ">
    • Buena comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
