    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Spa Specialist to join our team at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. This full-time position is responsible for supporting various spa functions and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

    About the Role

    The Spa Specialist plays a vital role in promoting and delivering spa services, retail products, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing service information, checking in guests, processing payments, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

    Requirements and Expectations

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be on your feet for extended periods, manage reservation software, and take a hands-on approach to work. You must also be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance. We expect all associates to create a safe working environment, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
