As an Operations Agent, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the reservation process.

Your key responsibilities encompass effective communication with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and service providers, ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Checking Availability Process (including price comparison)
  • Check and follow up on all Purchase orders
  • Manage Refunds and Credits for "Potential Credit bank" and "Credit Bank".
  • Itinerary Updates & Modifications (Update all information about tours, hotels and transfers)
  • Report on Purchase Order price changes, or other notes sent by providers
  • Itinerary Cancellations and the respective follow up.
  • Assisting Clients in Country when needed
  • Report to other departments whenever text or rate information is not updated in the system.

Qualifications:


  • Dynamic individual with a proven track record in tourism and vacation planning.
  • Proficient in English with a language proficiency level of 70% or higher.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and services.
  • Strong customer service orientation and adept problemsolving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under work pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
