As an Operations Agent, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the reservation process.Your key responsibilities encompass effective communication with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and service providers, ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Checking Availability Process (including price comparison)
- Check and follow up on all Purchase orders
- Manage Refunds and Credits for "Potential Credit bank" and "Credit Bank".
- Itinerary Updates & Modifications (Update all information about tours, hotels and transfers)
- Report on Purchase Order price changes, or other notes sent by providers
- Itinerary Cancellations and the respective follow up.
- Assisting Clients in Country when needed
- Report to other departments whenever text or rate information is not updated in the system.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic individual with a proven track record in tourism and vacation planning.
- Proficient in English with a language proficiency level of 70% or higher.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and services.
- Strong customer service orientation and adept problemsolving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under work pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
