Order Management Representative I

Order Management Representative 1
To manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place

Your role:

Checks and validates sales order data at receipt of the order.
Adds data, enters order into the computer system for determining the delivery date.
Confirms the order to the customer and informs them about the delivery date.
Monitoring the sales order flow
Follows standard working procedure and to achieve clean sales order.
Continues monitoring sales orders until delivery creation and invoicing.
Reports monthly on order receipt.
Handles requests in accordance with procedure.
Creates approved product returns orders, credits, debits and free of charge.

You're the right fit if:

Vocational Education or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.

Requires <1 year experience.

Intermediate English
