Order Management Representative I


Order Management Representative 1
To manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place


Your role:


  • Checks and validates sales order data at receipt of the order.
  • Adds data, enters order into the computer system for determining the delivery date.
  • Confirms the order to the customer and informs them about the delivery date.
  • Monitoring the sales order flow
  • Follows standard working procedure and to achieve clean sales order.
  • Continues monitoring sales orders until delivery creation and invoicing.
  • Reports monthly on order receipt.
  • Handles requests in accordance with procedure.
  • Creates approved product returns orders, credits, debits and free of charge.

You're the right fit if:

Vocational Education or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.

Requires <1 year experience.

Intermediate English
