About the Role
In this opportunity as a
Global Commercial Operations Specialist you will:

  • Work with Account Managers around the world, this role manages the life cycle of all customer contracts.
  • Be responsible for guaranteeing the regulatory and compliance protocols, commercial policy, and a good understanding of contract standards and rights.
  • Be responsible or the life cycle management of News Agency contracts worldwide.

About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Contract management experience and familiarity with legal language
  • Good understanding of financial regulatory protocols
  • Experience of compliance and other standard business protocols
  • Experience of analytics and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills to suit a global business
  • Experience of operational technologies and databases
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written English language skills (for drafting legal documents)


  • Good organizational skills

  • Track Pipeline for upcoming deals
  • Ability to prioritise work under a high paced environment
  • Ability to self motivate and meet targets
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Sales Planners, Finance, Legal, Tax)
  • Experience of the news and media industry
  • Additional languages
