    About the Role

    Our Guest Service Experts play a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

    Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, they make transactions feel like part of the experience.

    The ideal candidate will be able to manage the menu, move around efficiently, and take a hands-on approach to work.

    They will also be responsible for creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.


    What You Will Do

    • Set tables and maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
    • Interact with guests and provide exceptional service.
    • Clean work areas and supplies as needed.

    Requirements

    • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
    • Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
    • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
    • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
