    Job Description

    At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role. To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following qualifications.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment with a focus on phone or online chat support.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible scheduling.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, documents, and email.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and resolve problems efficiently.
    • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel.
    • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
    • Basic knowledge of import/export procedures.
