- Support the free cash flow initiative, enhance short-term planning, and conduct financial analysis and modeling to refine forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze and improve cash flow actuals derived from the new cash flow reporting tool. Engage with field operations to understand transactions and accounting processes, aiming to provide data-driven insights.
- Assist in the enhancement and implementation of the new comprehensive cash flow forecasting process.
- Collaborate with other free cash flow forecast preparers and stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Treasury, Operating Units, CPS, FP&A) to understand analytical needs that will enhance forecasting precision.
- Lead bank account management for the LATAM region.
- Partner with and support our Managed Service Provider, Genpact.
- Spearhead key global projects across the Treasury Operations team.
- Collaborate with corporate treasury on strategic transactions and solutions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and actuals analysis (Direct Method) for KO legal entities in the LATAM region.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to enhance forecasting and insights in this domain - including FP&A, OU Finance, CPS Finance, Controllers Group, and Corporate Treasury.
- Develop actionable working capital metrics at both the Operating Unit and Legal Entity levels.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business models and priorities.
- Lead interest income forecasting for KO legal entities in the LATAM region.
- Manage daily liquidity needs for the LATAM region, executing investments in accordance with corporate treasury policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding bank account management.
- Execute strategic treasury requirements in partnership with corporate treasury.
- Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, deliverables, and priorities.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field within a multinational corporation with a global presence. Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.
- Familiarity with treasury industry practices and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial software tools such as SAP and Hyperion is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated business acumen, financial expertise, fluency in English, effective communication skills, systems proficiency, adaptability to change, flexibility, and collaboration skills, along with risk management capabilities. We are seeking a Treasury Operations Manager. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations for the LATAM region and will primarily focus on overseeing cash flow forecasting and analysis, liquidity management, interest income forecasting, and bank account oversight for KO legal entities in LATAM.
