We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Transition Manager

What you'll do:

Analyze customer needs, understand the project requirements, and plan the project set up
Establish robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, start and closure date, responsibility
Establish structured Governance Model and Escalation Matrix
Assess potential delay in the project tasks/ deliverables, work with the respective stakeholders to ensure the delay is addressed
Analyze the situation, understand, set, and manage the expectations from the client and the business to get things "Right the First Time"
Responsible for identification, tracking & mitigating risks in the project
Liaise with Business, internal IT and Customers to ensure successful transition
Ensure Customer Satisfaction (Internal and External) on overall Transition Management

Preferred experience:
Degree holder

Minimum of 8 years' experience BPO/ BPS
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Transitions / Project Management
Advanced english
Planning strategies
