IT Client Services Technician

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Client Service IT Technician, you will have the chance to leverage your expertise and team up with some of the most creative and diverse individuals worldwide.

Here, you will create value by:

  • Responsibility for supporting colleagues at the Costa Rica Global Service Center with IT Support
  • Practicing global IT procedures and systems, collaborating with international support teams
  • Engaging in site IT Infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring compliance with local statutory and audit IT requirements
  • Providing Client Services support and delivery for:
    • PCs
    • Monitors
    • Communications
    • Printers
    • Mobile Devices

Your Skills and Expertise

To thrive in this role right from the start, 3M mandates (at least) the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED or higher (attained and confirmed before commencement) and four (4) years of IT background


  • Three (3) years of professional IT involvement in a private, public, government, or military setting

Additional qualifications that could enhance your success in this role further encompass:

  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating System and Services
  • Superb written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated skill in crafting compelling and impactful communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach
  • Experience in a large, multinational corporation
