The Customer Support Technician is primarily accountable for resolving customer issues in a manner that minimizes the customer's time and effort required, to achieve resolution and leaves the customer feeling valued and not deemed as a mere number.

As Customer Support Technician, you will need to continually touch base with your Team Lead, and review the data of your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), i.e.

100% schedule adherence, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Levels.

You will be responsible for making sure that KPIs are being met consistently.

The best person for this position is one who can successfully do the balancing act of knowing what their personal talents and skill sets are and use them to the best of their potential; take coaching from a superior constructively; and at the same time be able to successfully make the customer happy.


Requirements:


  • B2+ or above, English Level.
  • Technical Troubleshooting experience
  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to take the training onsite for 3 weeks
  • Must have an Internet service, connected to a network cable, which guarantees:
- _Download speed: 20Mbps_

- _Upload speed: 15Mbps_

- _Latency: 20Ms or less_
