- Maintain the highest standards around campaign fulfillment.
- Manage platform success ensuring campaigns are within SLA and accurate
- Execute campaigns by booking, trafficking, pushtosold, Ad Scheduling and working with creatives.
- Communicate the status of campaign to key global partners and also adjust creatives or IKVs as needed.
- Proactively troubleshoot, solve problems and escalate as needed.
- Create weekly/monthly campaign reports.
- Take on adhoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad serving capabilities.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to define, identify and influence the development of new initiatives.
- Creating best practices by putting forth improvement ideas.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in advertising domain.
- Attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.
- Current metrics in good standing.
- Knowledge of basic excel skills.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Prior Live Events experience is a plus
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
- Willing to work in a diverse atmosphere and contribute to an inclusive culture.

With broadcast agreements around the world including the NFL's Thursday Night Football in the US, The English Premier League in the UK and The French Open (Roland-Garros) in France, Amazon Prime Video is delivering the future of Live Sports for our Prime customers.
We are building a world-class live sports ad program that benefits our customers, advertisers and league partners with unique, never-been-done-before ad experiences.
The ideal candidate would have experience in booking and trafficking campaigns, creative management, order activation and other adjustments needed for successful campaign launches.
The Live Sports Scaled Ops Associate will work closely with the Campaign Services, Sales, Finance, Production Teams and Activation Managers areas to support on the successful execution of Ad Sales revenue and on-air broadcast schedules.
Flexibility, adaptability and being comfortable with ambiguity are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.
The SJO LiveSports team is working at the vanguard of new Live Events that need advertising support, and we work closely together with stakeholders to onboard new events, design SOPs and workflows, and execute them to the best of our ability to deliver for the customers that want to advertise with Amazon and Prime Video.
We are ramping up for our peak season events this year.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
