    Job Description

    Regions in scope: North America
    • Receive and analyze (completeness and accuracy) the regulatory requests from Sales teams.
    • Process regulatory requests with quality and timeliness.
    • Troubleshoot master data errors/query with data/process owners.
    • Own the portfolio management for new requests and incidents.
    • Identify request delivery risks and escalate to the Operations manager, with high priority.
    • Create and update documentation on a yearly basis.
    • Run a regulatory cleanup assessment on a quarterly basis.
    • Identify and share potential process improvements with the Operation Manager.
    • Raise issues, ideas and contribute with the root cause analysis.
    Job Qualifications

    Basic understanding of:
    • Individual with data management skills.
    • Able to prioritize business requests and overall work tasks.
    • Teamwork and ability to work under pressure (when needed).
    • Good reading and communication skills.
    Technical Understanding Of:
    • Basic-intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, etc)
    • Basic knowledge of: SAP, ENOVIA, Brandstore and Service Now.
    Language
    • English (intermediate)
