In this role, you will be able to participate in the Customer Service Department.


What you'll do

  • Record technical issues and solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Communicate unresolved issues effectively to the next level of support with full troubleshooting documentation.
  • Help create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An openness to learning new technologies.

What experience you need

  • Last year of Customer Service in Technical High School
  • Proficient in English oral and written (B2 or above).


  • Schedule availability Monday

  • Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
