    We're expanding our team of experienced appointment setters. Work remotely, with the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary plus bonuses.

    Job Role:

    Appointment Setters for Med Spa/Cryo/Wellness Clinics

    Key Responsibilities:

    Book appointments for our clients based on lead generation efforts
    Follow up with leads and secure their appointments
    Respond promptly to leads within 60 seconds to 5 minutes

    Requirements:

    • Experience in the Med Spa/Cryotherapy/Fitness Industry (a plus)
    • Familiarity with CRM software, ideally at an advanced level
    • Good understanding of drip campaigns and related concepts
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Comfortable making calls throughout the day
    • Persuasive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
    • Energetic problem solver with a friendly demeanor
    • Ability to handle rejections professionally
    • A work-from-home setup with reliable internet (at least 20 mbps), 4GB RAM, and an i5 processor or higher (dual monitor computer preferred)
    • A backup internet connection (at least 10 mbps) and a backup power source that can last up to 8 hours
