- Monitoring process performance, metrics, and indicators to ensure that expectations are met.
- Undertaking additional special projects as assigned.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices, including SLA monitoring and reporting.
- Expertise in purchase-to-pay processes.
- Proven experience in executing procurement projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in client management.
- Leadership experience in team management.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Project management skills (preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems.
- Competence in MS Office Suite.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of procurement experience managing the procure-to-pay process.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
