Job Summary


This position will support the requirements that Business Locations needs related with Project Planning support (reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis, compliance and control of multiple type, size and complexity projects) in a multi-disciplined organization.

It is in Costa Rica.


This role reports functionally to:
Operation Manager, Project Manager, Project Support, Project controller or other related departments.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work closely with Project Manager(s) and engineers to set-up, implement and follow-up on resource and projects forecast analysis.
  • Create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyses progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress.
  • Provide planning and controlling support for multibusiness projects information gathered from different tools.
  • When necessary, produce detailed trackers to be used to collect and report progress made on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Conduct updates of project schedules, resource allocations, budgets and financial status through monthly review meetings.
  • Provide on a regular basis financial level information to the Project Manager(s) on project status and financial assets such as budgets, invoicing, rates, general costs, etc.
  • Ensure that the resource allocation plan is kept up to date; analyze resource utilization and capacity planning.
  • Prepares and presents detailed reports based on project management system.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction survey.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or any related field from an accredited institution
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project
  • Experience working with complex data sets in data warehouse environments (1 year)
  • Ability to interact and communicate optimally, orally & in writing, with all levels of Management
  • Passion for operational excellence with a commitment to delighting customer
  • Must have excellent communication skills due to collaborating with all levels of associates
  • Experience with Oracle Business System, Clarity, MS Project or any other similar Software
  • English, B2

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
