    The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior) will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and assessing talent for executive and professional roles. The mission of this role is to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and clients, contributing to the success of recruitment processes through market research, interview coordination, and the effective use of search and assessment tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support talent sourcing and market mapping through databases, digital platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assessing experience, competencies, and motivations.
    • Coordinate interviews with senior consultants, clients, and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
    • Prepare and maintain the candidate database and process progress reports.
    • Draft executive summaries of candidates based on interviews and resumes, aligned with internal presentation standards.
    • Contribute to talent attraction strategies, supporting LinkedIn campaigns and other digital outreach initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support in drafting job descriptions, coordinating assessments, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, safeguarding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

    Requirements

    • Education:
      Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience:
      2 years in recruitment, HR, or internships in talent acquisition (experience in headhunting or consulting firms is a plus).
    • Languages:
      Spanish and English (intermediate/advanced proficiency in written and oral communication).
    • Technical skills:
      Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ATS or recruitment CRM systems is desirable.
