DHL is hiring a Human Resources Analyst to join its Heredia, Costa Rica HR team.

In this role, you will work as an integral member of the HR Services, the HR Analyst provides support to the Global Business Services division by supporting employee documentation administration related to several processes.

Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pull employee documents and upload them to employee records in data base
  • Provide employee general information to other teams
  • Provide information to US Government agencies, regarding employee medical insurance coverage.
  • Process tax and air club reimbursements for eligible employees
  • Review and process confidential documents for accuracy and completion of data input
  • Keeps confidentiality of information
  • Verify documentation and employee's status
  • Prepared reports and distribute to business partners, when needed
  • Performs other duties and work on special projects as assigned
  • Provide support to any other functions through utilization of appropriate software ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Tasks are mainly focus on data entry
Responsibilities are not limited to above list.


  • Current student in Business Administration or Human Resources is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in multinational companies
  • English intermediate or higher
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Data entry accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and use other systems.


  • Pro Active, people oriented, detail oriented, organized, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Costumer Service skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • High Attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime hours when needed
