  • Support production plan process for the week, month and long term.
  • Complete S&OE information.
  • Create production orders.
  • Support follow up production plans and request actions when needed.
  • Identify the need of inventory transfer between DC's, Sub DC's and manufacturing plant, follow up with planners and DC responsibles.
  • Schedule replenishments of manufactured finish products to CooperSurgical Distribution Centers.
  • Follow up transfer orders, production orders and keep clear communication between all the levels of the company.
  • Follow up export shipments.
  • Follow up products that is on the sterilization process and dates of material transfers.
  • Follow up material release and inventory levels of Finish Goods.
  • Keep team informed on activities under your responsibility.
  • Review and assure procedures are updated and follow.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation for accounts payable and audit purposes.
  • Performs other tasks as directed by management.
  • Measure of performance:

  • Accomplishment against specific goals (inventory levels, budget, as specified).
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments and competing priorities.
  • Ability to identify and resolve projects, as well as operational problems.
  • University Degree (70%) in Industrial Engineer, Industrial Production Engineer, Business Administration, International Commers, Supply Management, or related field.
  • Skilled with Office.
  • English level A2 - B2.
  • Able to communicate with peers, managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to set priorities and consistently delivers results.
  • Able to be part of a team combined with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • Change management.
  • Passing of background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
