- Triage request for digital campaigns and projects with the right stakeholders: Executing and supporting digital marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction
- Actively support the development of new digital strategic plans that contributes to achieving Roche objectives
- Lead and/or collaborate on creating bold, impactful campaign creatives while defining and enforcing structured guidelines
- Manage updates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with product management and other relevant stakeholder depending on the product updates
- Manage projects hands-on, ensuring commitment to priorities and timelines and being a successful partner in local marketing activities.
- Interact and collaborate with cross functional teams to set up and own the timely execution of a campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
- Directly or indirectly influence others to achieve results in a complex environment, potentially operating in above-country models.
- Lead and/or collaborate on creating bold, impactful campaign creatives while defining and enforcing structured guidelines
- Manage updates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with product management and other relevant stakeholder depending on the product updates
- Manage projects, ensuring commitment to priorities and timelines and being a successful partner in local marketing activities
- Manage company creatives using a corporate content management system, ensure proper uploading, storage and tagging of content for easy identification and global affiliate network re-use, including archiving, creating collections, working with keywords etc.
- Collaborate with and manage creative agencies, designers and copywriters from brief to delivery
- Measure not only creative activity and output, but marketing outcomes and financial impact of campaigns
- University degree (marketing, business etc.) or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a digital campaign management including campaign implementation & optimisation and analytics reporting
- Experience in cross-channel campaigns and individual deliverables email, social, display, websites, video, radio, and print) is a plus
- Competent handling different digital platforms (CRM, CMS, Social channels, etc.)
- English, Portuguese & Spanish advanced proficiency required
- Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management
- Ability to work in global environment

About the position:
The Digital Campaign Specialist is a technically-qualified person that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital campaigns and projects. The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for supporting Roche affiliates and/or divisions in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role supports stakeholders in developing their digital performance and ensures they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
